“Exploring Concepts and Building Awareness – A Week of Learning, Interaction, and Reflection”
Teaching Science, Touching Lives During this week, I engaged in diverse teaching and learning experiences that enhanced both my pedagogical and social awareness skills. I taught key science concepts such as atmospheric pressure, oxidation and reduction reactions, oxidising and reducing agents, oxidation number, and pressure balance using different innovative teaching models including the ICT Model, 5E Model, and Inquiry Training Model. In addition to classroom instruction, I actively participated in a sociometric analysis to understand students’ social relationships and conducted a field study on substance abuse, which aimed to raise awareness about making healthy life choices.
